"The INTEROP Employee of the Month is Lynanne Gelinas. Ms. Gelinas provides exceptional support to the Operational Testing (OT) Policy task and the C3 Tactical Group as a Technical Editor.  Her dedication and initiative has increased the quality of test plans, documentation, and templates used by the JITC client and the team.  Her ability to gather test plans and examples of documentation/templates from other Service Operational Test Agencies is impressive.  Ms. Gelinas was integral to the development of the JITC Operational Test and Evaluation Guide that was published for use by JITC and other external agencies.  In addition to her significant contributions to the OT Policy task, she continually provides outstanding support to the rest of the C3 Tactical Group by ensuring deliverables are accurate and delivered on schedule.  Ms. Gelinas is commended for sustained superior performance that reflects great credit upon herself, INTEROP Joint Venture, and the JITC.
Please join me in congratulating Lynanne for a job well done!"

"Lynanne Gelinas was able to use a small non-commercial camera today and capture footage of the fire at Loma Verde Apartments here in town... I think this is very exciting, as it shows the potential to capture news as it happens and have it on the website fairly quickly. And I wanted to give a big thank you to Lynanne for being on her toes and grabbing this footage for us, she did a heck of a job in my book."
